  1. Warm up - light stretching & walking

  2. Walking lunges - 3 sets of 10 lunges

  3. Glute-focused step ups - 3 sets of 10 on each leg

  4. Pushups - as many reps as possible

  5. Tricep dips - 3 sets of 12

  6. Pushups again - as many as you can!

  7. Bodyweight squats - 3 sets of 15

  8. Cool down - walk it off & enjoy your Slate!
